My nanny suggested booking a toast master as we were having a very DIY wedding with no co-ordinator or venue managers. I spoke with my fiancé who didn’t see it as a needed expense but I went ahead a booked a meeting with Bob to see if it would help. After Bob came round and spoke to me and my fiancé, even he said we NEED to book Bob! He was brilliant, he helped me understand timings, order of the day, set expectations and just took the biggest weight off my shoulders that I didn’t realise was there! Bob kept the day running smoothly and visited the venue prior to the day as he hadn’t been there before. It was so nice to see a friendly face when I was running around like a headless chicken trying to make sure all was sorted. He spoke with my photographer to help with photos and positioning of guests. Bob goes above and beyond to make your day as special as he can! Thank you Bob!

Toastmaster Bob is such a lovely, genuine person, who played a big part on our day and organised us & our 80+ guests with ease, a task in itself! Not only did he ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible, he was also a great help in the lead up, helping us with timings and all the finer details. Something that seemed a mountain to get through at the beginning was suddenly organised, drawn up and emailed over to us as easy as that. Our guests commented on how welcoming and friendly he was, he even entertained our younger guests with a magic book which they all really enjoyed. He always wears a smile and we felt we could relax on the day, knowing that everything was organised and running on time with Bob a part of the day. He became a friend not just a supplier and we would recommend Bob time and time again, thank you again Bob for all of your help and support!!

Toastmaster Bob Lloyd made our son and daughter in laws wedding special. Bob even turned up at the church rehearsal. He was at the church on the day and the entire reception until first dance ! It wasn’t until we went to a wedding showcase evening at Dunston Hall that we even considered having a Toastmaster at our Wedding but once we had met Bob our mind was made up.

He made our day go without a hitch. He came to the Church to make sure all our guests were happy and stayed with us at the reception at Dunston Hall right up until we had cut the cake and had our first dance. We can’t recommend Bob highly enough and can call him a friend now too xx

Having seen Toastmaster Bob in action many times over the years, we knew that there really was no one else for the job! His charm and charisma shone through all day and he was a great hit with all of our guests and children on our wedding day. He brought order and organisation working alongside the venue staff and various suppliers whilst keeping our guests informed all day.
